The company Würth Solar is located in the German Künzelsau. It is a subsidiary of the Würth Group. Würth Solar produced high-quality solar systems until 2011, which are sold not only in Germany, but also in many other countries around the world. Würth Solar

Würth Solar was founded in 1999. The aim was to become the first CIS solar module manufacturer. At the company's plant, which is located in Marbach am Neckar, the production of the new modules was first introduced in 2000. Six years later, the company opened another factory in Schwäbisch Hall, where from now on the series production of the products took place. The factory was considered one of the largest and most modern of its time. In 2011, however, the company withdrew from the production of photovoltaic systems and has since specialized in sales.

Not only solar modules, but also inverters and complete mounting systems are part of Würth Solar's products. You can also buy various accessories, such as spare parts. If you instruct us to repair a module, we will of course order the spare parts for you.

For the production of the PV modules of the Würth Solar no silicon is used, so it is a special feature of this producer. Rather, the high-quality CIS solar cells consist of selenium, copper and indium. Differences arise not only in the use of the starting materials, but also in terms of their appearance. The surface is black and not blue, as is the case with silicon models. This allows the modules to be used ideally for modern buildings. The modules prove to be highly weather-resistant, which is another advantage.
