Solarwatt standard modules

Standard modules are produced as framed glass-foil modules in large series. They are mechanically and electrically optimally matched to all components of a solar power system. The different designs allow you to make the most of the available space - regardless of whether it is roof or open space.

Solarwatt

Solarwatt AG was founded in 1993. At the time, the company had just two employees, so the number of employees has steadily increased over the years to around 500 people. Today Solarwatt AG, to which the company was renamed in 2005 from the formerly Solarwatt Solar-Systeme GmbH, is one of the leading manufacturers of crystalline solar modules within Germany.

In addition, the company, which has its headquarters in Dresden, also offers complete packages for photovoltaic solutions as well as systems for the field of energy management. This field of activity represents the area in which Solarwatt AG has been active only recently. Nevertheless, Solarwatt AG was able to establish itself in this sector as well. As a company, Solarwatt AG operates throughout Europe, with the company's main focus being Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In addition, Solarwatt AG is also represented in the Scandinavian market as well as in the markets of the southern European countries.

The development and production of photovoltaic modules made of crystalline silicon cells using laminating technology is undoubtedly one of the core competences of Solarwatt AG. Here, the company offers a comprehensive product range, with the available services of each module covering a sizeable part of the market. In addition to small modules and common standard modules, Solarwatt AG also offers, among other things, photovoltaic modules, which are ideally suited for integration in buildings or for use in off-grid systems. In addition, comprehensive photovoltaic systems, solar power plants of various sizes and energy management systems represent an extension of the comprehensive range.

The modules are produced by Solarwatt AG itself in its own plant for the production of photovoltaic modules. In this area too, Solarwatt AG attaches great importance to precision. According to Solarwatt AG, the company has the most modern plant in Europe, in which the modules are manufactured directly.

The company's high technical standards are also reflected in its research and development department. Here, too, Solarwatt AG is putting a lot of effort into the necessary measurements, tests and simulations. The company's own laboratory completes the infrastructure and contributes significantly to the technical development of the products of Solarwatt AG.

Also with regard to intelligent systems for optimizing energy consumption, Solarwatt AG offers sophisticated solutions. The energy manager is connected to the corresponding portal of Solarwatt AG to monitor the system. Thus, it is possible to collect the data of the photovoltaic system and the corresponding information of the household with respect to the power demand in detail and analyze. In order to optimize the electricity consumption of the household accordingly, the appropriate devices in the house are always put into operation when the photovoltaic system provides a correspondingly high performance. As a result, the solar power produced is used directly and thus optimally, while at the same time reducing the energy costs of the household to a minimum.
