Bosch Solar Energy Crystalline Solar Modules

Bosch Solar Energy offers photovoltaic modules based on highly efficient monocrystalline and multicrystalline silicon solar cells in the format 156 mm x 156 mm. These solar modules are characterized by high efficiencies and a good price-performance ratio. There are two product series according to the number of cells used in the module.

Monocrystalline solar modules / photovoltaic modules

Polykristalline Solarmodule / Photovoltaikmodule

Bosch Solar Energy thin-film solar modules

Bosch Solar Energy produces thin-film solar modules based on micromorphous (μm-Si) silicon technology and CIS technology. The continuous determination and monitoring of the product-specific parameters as well as the tamper-proof marking of the frameless solar modules ensure a consistently high product quality in production and beyond. Bosch Solar Module µm-Si plus EU1310: Thin-film solar module based on amorphous and microcrystalline silicon Bosch Solar Module CIS /CIS frame: Thin-film solar module based on CIS or CIGSSe technology with a semiconductor made from the raw materials copper, indium, gallium, sulfur and selenium

Bosch Solar | Bosch Solar Germany

The history of Bosch Solar Energy, whose headquarters are in Erfurt, dates back to 1997. At that time, the photovoltaic company traded under the name Ersol Solar Power GmbH & Co. KG. A few years later, the transformation into a stock corporation followed. This was accompanied by the renaming of Ersol Solar Energy AG, which successfully completed the IPO some time thereafter. The company expanded and was able to expand its field of activity by means of clever extensions. In 2008, the Bosch Group participated in the ambitious company and gradually expanded its influence. Since the fall of 2009, the company has been managed as Bosch Solar Energy.

Today, Bosch Solar Energy with its subsidiaries is one of the leading suppliers in the photovoltaic market. Most of the focus is on CIS- and silicon-based products. Most of the Bosch Solar Energy production takes place in Germany, with Bosch Solar Energy also having other European production sites, such as France or Spain. Other branches of Bosch Solar Energy are located in Italy, Portugal, the USA, India, Australia and Singapore, among others.

The ultimate goal of Bosch Solar Energy is to fully cover the entire photovoltaic value chain. Therefore, in addition to monocrystalline solar cells, monocrystalline and multicrystalline solar modules and micromorphous thin-film solar modules, Bosch Solar Energy also supplies the appropriate systems for assembling the individual components. In addition, Bosch Solar Energy specialists around the world are opening up space that institutional and private customers alike can use to generate solar energy. Here, too, Bosch Solar Energy will cover all possibilities for solar energy generation, as the photovoltaic company will also realize facade systems in addition to open-space and rooftop systems.

For the realization of solar power plants, Bosch Solar Energy offers the complete planning of the project up to the handover of the finished plant. The focus of Bosch Solar Energy is on the construction of customer-oriented solar power plants. Once completed, additional operation, control and maintenance of the photovoltaic power plant by Bosch Solar Energy will be possible. Among other things, this is made possible by the fact that Bosch Solar Energy today has access to an international network of service centers and competent partners.

Products from Bosch Solar Energy are tested by renowned bodies such as the Fraunhofer Institute. However, Bosch Solar Energy can also refer to other certificates, such as those of TÜV Rheinland or TÜV Hessen.
