Kostal

Kostal Solar Electric GmbH, with its headquarters in Freiburg, has been an integral part of the traditional German company Leopold Kostal GmbH & Co. KG since 2006. Founded as early as 1912, this group of companies is today an integral part of German economic history and still an independent company whose global headquarters are located in Lüdenscheid.

Over the years, the company has undergone some changes that often go hand in hand with the respective technical developments of the time. Today, the Kostal Group specializes primarily in the development and production of electrical, electromechanical and mechatronic products, with the Kostal Group always focusing on the high-tech segment of these product groups. Different branches of the Kostal Group are today in nearly 20 countries of the world.

Kostal Solar Electric GmbH itself is now represented in several European countries. Their main focus is on the traditionally strong photovoltaic markets. Among other things, Kostal Solar Electric GmbH offers its optimized product range as well as its sales network in the respective market in Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Greece.

Equipped with a correspondingly strong and competent parent company, Kostal Solar Electric GmbH is able to offer inverters for a wide range of applications. The corresponding devices have a high functionality and an extremely extensive equipment. Inverters of Kostal Solar Electric GmbH are therefore also optimally applicable for photovoltaic systems of various dimensions. In keeping with the company's philosophy, the terminals are easy to install and equipped with comprehensive extras for smooth communication. In addition, the inverters can be configured in a few steps according to the prevailing requirements in their respective country of use.

In terms of service, Kostal Solar Electric GmbH relies on comprehensive communication in combination with state-of-the-art technology. If required, the support provided by Kostal Solar Electric GmbH is simple, quick and user-friendly. In addition to the appropriate software, customers of Kostal Solar Electric GmbH also have their own section on the company's website, which includes a downloadable solution for virtually every imaginable situation. The own service hotline of Kostal Solar Electric GmbH provides additional support.

Inverters from Kostal Solar Electric GmbH support either a single-phase or a three-phase supply of the generated energy and ensure a transformerless conversion. The central inverter of Kostal Solar Electric GmbH is based on the latest technical findings and is designed to meet the medium voltage guidelines for Germany. It is designed for operation with a large input voltage range in photovoltaic systems. However, the forward-looking planning of Kostal Solar Electric GmbH also allows a corresponding adaptation to other countries as well as a further development of the central inverter in order to handle larger DC voltages.
